Reset form
The Reset form lets you propagate new or changed database-backed variforms or overrides to variform objects across nodes in the N4 cluster.
To propagate a database-backed variform or the override for a variform object:
After you complete the Variform File Definition form (on page 1) or the Override a Variform Object form (on page 1), from the Database Backed Variforms view, select the Actions Reload All Variforms option. The Variforms Reset dialog opens.
Select the Only update local node option if you want to test the form locally before propagating the changes to all nodes.
Select the Propagate changes to all nodes option if you are ready to distribute the changes to all nodes in the cluster.
Click OK. The Variforms Reset dialog closes, and the new forms are propagated to nodes as specified.
If you disable a database-backed variform, after you execute the Reload All Variforms action, N4 does not take the overridden definition into account for the effective scope, and any enabled overridden variform up the scope hierarchy. Or, if there are none, the system (default) variform is active at the Global scope.
